Limitation of Liability and Exclusive Remedy No Consequential Damages: Under no circumstances shall Trades to Sheets be liable for any financial losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use of the Service. Limited Reimbursement: Our total liability to you for any claim or service failure is strictly limited to the amount of your current subscription fee. This reimbursement of the subscription price is your sole and exclusive remedy.
