Is my financial data secure and private?
Yes, data security is paramount. The tool utilizes read-only access exclusively through IBKR's Flex Queries, which prevents any trading actions. All data transmission occurs over secure HTTPS connections and is stored using robust encryption. Furthermore, we do not retain any financial data longer than the duration required for the syncing process.
How often does the data refresh automatically?
Data will be refreshed at least once per day. To ensure data accuracy and successful synchronization, the refresh process is designed to run multiple times automatically in case an initial syncing job encounters an execution error.
What is the setup process for Flex Queries?
Comprehensive support is available for setup. Please refer to our documentation, which includes both written guides and a setup video for your convenience. Alternatively, you can contact our dedicated support team for step-by-step personal assistance.
Is there a limit on the number of transactions?
No, there are no transaction limits. You can process an unlimited number of trades without restriction.
Will it break my existing spreadsheet?
We highly recommend using a new spreadsheet for setup. The initial synchronization writes all data to the sheet and may overwrite existing content or formatting if used with a pre-existing, populated spreadsheet.
What happens if the sync fails?
You can monitor and manage sync activity in the dashboard. Check the "View Logs" section for details on planned syncs and any errors. If a failure occurs, you have the option to manually trigger the synchronization process again.
Can I sync data from multiple IBKR accounts into one sheet?
Currently, only one account per sheet is supported. We value user feedback; if you have a feature request for multi-account syncing, please submit it to our team for consideration in future updates.
